Registration is now open for New Direction Career Center's signature career development course.
Your Employment Success (YES) is designed by women for women. Participants are given support to identify their employment needs and develop a customized career plan that works for them. The holistic curriculum focuses on four components: goal setting, career exploration, self-marketing, and self-compassion - all in a supportive and affirming small-group environment.
All classes are facilitated by New Directions instructors and community partners in a positive learning community via Zoom or in-person classrooms.
